Coalitions
Sign-on letters are and integral part of the advocacy process. In working with other organizations and coalitions, these letters help clarify positions, build consensus among interested parties and have more "weight" behind them then letters sent on our own.
At times we are the originators of the letters and help craft the language and decide the specific the Members of Congress that should receive a copy and other times we are lending our voice as one of the undersigned organizations.
